This project involves the renovation of an existing one-story office and production facility into a pharmaceutical operation to include FDA-approved 503b out-sourced sterile pharmaceutical clean rooms, product fulfillment operation, pharmaceutical holding, shipping and receiving areas, support offices, and associated personnel spaces. The project was designed, permitted, and constructed in 3 separate phases: to meet owners schedule commitments.
