Data Center

New 75,000 s.f Data Center with a 22,000 s.f. raised floor MER, control rooms, office/conference areas and mechanical and electrical support space.  Mechanical systems are designed with N+1 redundancy and include new chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems. Electrical systems are designed with 2N redundancy and include UPS, battery back-up, and emergency generators.  Emergency generators are located in a separate 4,500 s.f. building adjacent to the main electrical room. The project also included a new 1,000 s.f. security station, secured access, and new site circulation linking new and existing buildings on site.
