This project is a new multi-story 50,000 s.f. office building to be utilized as a multi-service center for The Department of Economic Security on a wooded hillside site in Flagstaff, AZ. On-site improvements include employee and customer parking on different levels, secured parking for department vehicles and a pedestrian plaza at the intersection of 4th Street and Huntington Drive.
