New 40,000 s.f Uplink/Data Center facility with a 10,000 s.f. raised floor MER, control rooms, office/conference areas and mechanical and electrical support space.  Electrical systems are designed with 2N redundancy and include UPS, battery back-up, and emergency generators.  Mechanical systems are designed with N+1 redundancy and include new chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems.  The facility includes support buildings that feed new satellite dish antenna signals to the facility.
