Santa Fe II Pool House/Ramada

This Design/Build Project for the Santa Fe II Home Owner’s Association provided a new pool house and covered assembly area for residents. The existing pool deck area was increased to allow additional lounge chair space, terraced planters and ramp to a new pool house with restrooms, shower, and open-air assembly Ramada. The project also provides a new site entrance, water feature, enhanced landscaping and site lighting.
