Distribution Center

This Design/Build provided a 120,000 s.f. distribution center/warehouse/office building constructed of a tilt-up panel concrete wall system and a panelized wood roof structure for Tri-West Tile. The building includes 113,800 s.f. of warehouse space and approximately 7,000 s.f. of office space on two levels. The office space includes private offices, break room and a product showroom, conference rooms, dispatch, and management areas. The warehouse and distribution area includes 25 loading dock bays, high bay storage, dispatch and staging areas, material cutting and packaging areas and future tenant office and warehouse space.
