David Dieterich, AIA
Principal

As principal and with over 36 years of experience David delivers the highest level of architectural services for national and international projects. His expertise and accomplishments across a wide range of projects have enabled him to orchestrate a proper balance of budget, function, schedule, and design talent necessary for successful projects

Jaimelynn Kapileo, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Project Designer

Project Manager and Designer with Dieterich for over 17 years. Jaimelynn’s expertise in programming, design development, and construction documents are an added value to her understanding and implementation of sustainable design as a LEED AP

With over 23 years of experience, Rick brings solid team leadership, project design, and construction administration services needed in a variety of delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, GMP pricing in a CMAR or Design/Build

Project Designer

As a project designer, Shalini plays an important role in the services we provide our clients. She utilizes her knowledge and expertise in various design and engineering software to develop detailed and accurate plans for our projects. Her attention to detail and eagerness to contribute add extra value to our design team principles
